Senior Case Manager

Description:

Seeking a seasoned Senior Case Manager to join the team on a permanent basis, based in Galway. In this role, you will report to a Senior Portfolio Manager within the management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in reviewing case strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes to support borrowers facing difficulties. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of customers across Personal, SME, Corporate, and Property sectors, working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team to provide essential support in portfolio management.

Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound correspondence
• Participating in project calls and operational meetings for reviews and ad hoc matters
• Meeting and negotiating with borrowers to establish debt settlement arrangements
• Providing essential support to the wider team as needed
• Implementing connection-level case management
• Engaging with customers to effectively progress objectives
• Conducting credit analysis, making decisions, submitting credit proposals, and implementing decisions
• Proactively managing customers in line with agreed exit strategies at the loan level, including litigation
• Accurately updating the CRM system to ensure proper account statuses
• Collaborating closely with other members of the RM team
• Compiling weekly progress reports and maintaining data accuracy

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Financial Advisor
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in debt management, restructuring, or workout
• Strong negotiation skills
• Essential experience in relationship management
• Specific experience in managing primary dwelling homes is advantageous
• Comprehensive knowledge of CCMA, CPC, MCC, and their practical application in customer interactions
