• AITI/CTC or both AITI/CTC & ACA qualified

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Partners and Directors of the FDI Tax team in Cork, this role will involve:

• Client Portfolio Management – Lead a portfolio of international and domestic clients, providing strategic tax advice.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the FDI leadership team to ensure smooth operation of the business unit.
• Advisory Work – Deliver tax advisory projects on IP restructuring, Pillar Two, business model optimisation, and M&A.
• People Development – Supervise and mentor Associates, Seniors, and Assistant Managers.
• Project Leadership – Coordinate tax input across complex global engagements.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a key advisor to client leadership teams and global tax stakeholders.
• Best Practice – Champion quality, efficiency, and innovation in service delivery.
• Commercial Input – Support business development and participate in proposals for new work.
