Description:
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief People Officer (or other Senior People team member) who will collaborate closely with other People Business Partners across our Revenue business to drive holistic outcomes. The title and level for this role will be commensurate with candidate qualifications and business needs.

- Data-Driven Solutions: You'll use data to solve complex organizational challenges and create new opportunities.
- Key Initiatives: You'll lead critical projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring from a people perspective.
Experience You'll Bring
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience (or 6+ years with an advanced degree) in a People Business Partner or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of EMEA employment laws and cultural norms.
- Experience counseling high-level Revenue leaders and executives.
- A strong understanding of the Revenue business unit, including sales and customer success.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across a diverse organization.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to apply HR strategies to solve complex challenges and drive business outcomes.
