Senior Project Manager

Description:

A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects including a new Temenos banking system implementation, as well as a suite of new customer experince products including a new digital platform for customer onboarding. This is a fast paced role reporting to the Head of Change working with multiple cross functional teams.

About the Role:

• Lead a comprehensive change programme focusing on modernizing banking systems and enhancing customer experience
• Oversee the implementation of a new Temenos banking system, a suite of innovative products, and cutting-edge digital assets
• Key initiatives include the launch of a new digital platform for streamlined customer onboarding, further enhancing user experience and operational efficiency
• Report directly to the Head of Change, playing a pivotal role in the company's strategic growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for multiple high-impact projects
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Implement robust risk management and change management practices
