This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who's used to managing multiple priorities, thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, and enjoys working as a strategic partner rather than just a service provider.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders - shaping and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies.
- Lead hiring across assigned business areas, from job briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to design effective sourcing and attraction plans.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and job advertising to ensure best-in-class delivery.
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through to final decision.
- Analyse sourcing channel performance and identify process improvements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
- Coach and mentor junior recruiters when needed, sharing expertise and best practice.
What you'll bring
- Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience using modern ATS systems and data to drive hiring outcomes.
- Commercially aware, organised, and capable of managing multiple open roles across different regions.
- A curious mindset - always looking for new ways to attract and engage top talent.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related discipline.
