We're looking for a Senior Recruiter/TA to partner closely with hiring managers, shape talent strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across EMEA.

This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who's used to managing multiple priorities, thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, and enjoys working as a strategic partner rather than just a service provider.

 

 

What you'll be doing

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders - shaping and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies.
  • Lead hiring across assigned business areas, from job briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to design effective sourcing and attraction plans.
  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and job advertising to ensure best-in-class delivery.
  • Manage candidate experience from first contact through to final decision.
  • Analyse sourcing channel performance and identify process improvements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters when needed, sharing expertise and best practice.

 

 

What you'll bring

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • Experience using modern ATS systems and data to drive hiring outcomes.
  • Commercially aware, organised, and capable of managing multiple open roles across different regions.
  • A curious mindset - always looking for new ways to attract and engage top talent.
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related discipline.
