Senior Tax Manager

• CTA qualified (with ACA/ACCA an advantage)
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate tax, preferably in a practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation
• Proven ability to lead projects and develop junior team members
• Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly to the Tax Director, you will be a key member of the senior tax team:

• Client Portfolio Management – Oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and quality of service
• Advisory Projects – Lead on complex tax advisory and structuring assignments
• Leadership – Mentor, train, and develop junior tax team members
• Strategic Growth – Identify and pursue business development opportunities
• Technical Guidance – Provide in-depth tax technical support to clients and internal teams
• Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong client relationships across various industries
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with colleagues across departments including audit and corporate finance
• Process Improvement – Support continuous improvement across internal tax processes
