Your Responsibilities
 

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of “On-Shift” Maintenance FSTs.
• Plan, coordinate, and resource all scheduled and ad-hoc shift activities.
• Provide first-line technical support to the team.
• Participate in installation and maintenance activities as required.
• Ensure all work is logged accurately and promptly in Ebara/customer systems.
• Act as the single point of contact for reporting shift activities to Engineering and the incoming shift.
• Attend and contribute to start-of-shift and end-of-shift pass-downs.
• Ensure compliance with Ebara and customer site EHS requirements.
• Draft Pre-Task Plans for undocumented tasks (where applicable).
• Order and prepare parts for scheduled maintenance.
• Escalate issues as required following defined processes.
• Identify and report equipment trends, technical issues, and spare parts needs.
• Draft “After Action Reviews” following safety or quality events.
   

YOUR PROFILE
 

• 3rd level qualification in a relevant technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• PC literate with working knowledge of Ebara and customer systems/applications.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience is an advantage
• Solid understanding of technical documentation, procedures, and maintenance planning tools.
