Site Engineer Kildare

Description:

They are Seeking a Senior Site Engineer for a large industrial project which will comprise of two warehouse unites valuing at 22m Million. You will be the main engineer on this site liaising with directly with The Contracts Manager.

This role is site-based, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

· Report to Site Manager / Senior Engineer.

· Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

· The ability to carry out and instruct in Setting out and leveling the site.

· Comply with safety regulations on all equipment along with the health and safety regulations of the site.

· Responsibility for design coordination of all civil and structural elements with the design team and ensuring that the design is submitted in a timely fashion.

· Responsibility for Quality Control of all aspects of the construction project in relation to civil and structural elements.

· Responsibility for the completion of the project in line with the programe and budget.

Key Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of experience on Irish construction sites.

· Setting out experience.

· Engineering Degree/Diploma.

· Computer literate.

· Full understanding of design drawings.

· RC Frame/ Structural Steel Experience.

· Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programe.

· Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.

· Ability to work as part of a team.
