Description:

We are working with a reputable law firm based in Dublin who are looking for a Medical Negligence Solicitor to join their Litigation team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an excellent Litigation team, managing a varied caseload from inception to resolution, including issuing proceedings in the Circuit and High Courts. The solicitor will advise clients across medical negligence and personal injury claims.

The solicitor will also be responsible for preparing court documentation, liaising with and instructing barristers, medical experts, and engineers, and ensuring cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Essential Criteria:

• 2+ years’ PQE;
• Personal injury or medical negligence background;
• Excellent academics;
• Strong drafting abilities;
• Strong communication skills;
• Team player;
• Technically excellent.
