Solutions Specialist

Description:

As a Solutions Specialist, you’ll work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement secure, data-driven solutions on the the clients platform. Acting as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, you’ll bridge business objectives with scalable architecture to ensure seamless integrations and adoption.

What you’ll do

• Partner with customer stakeholders to design and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Implementation of integrations, data pipelines, and configuration projects.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, scalable architectural designs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve challenges and shape best practices.
• Support customer onboarding and ensure technical success post-deployment.

What you bring

• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Integration Specialist etc.).
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, and SaaS architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale implementations.
