As a Staff Data Analyst, Product Analytics at IAS, you will design the data-driven strategies to shape the future of our business facing products across measurement and optimization. By applying your data analytical skills, you will help identify and solve product development’s biggest challenges. You will influence product strategy and investment decisions with data, be focused on impact, and collaborate with other teams.

What you’ll get to do:
 

  • Provide guidance on data analysis capabilities for advertising verification products (brand safety and fraud) analyzing unique datasets across open web, social networks, mobile apps and CTV apps
  • Use data to shape product development, quantify new opportunities, identify upcoming challenges, and ensure the products we build bring value to our enterprise customers.
  • Help your partner teams prioritize what to build, set goals, and understand their product’s ecosystem
  • Guide teams using data and insights; focus on developing hypotheses and employ a diverse toolkit of rigorous analytical approaches, different methodologies, frameworks, and technical approaches to test them
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to convince and influence your partners using clear insights and recommendations; building credibility through structure and clarity, and be a trusted strategic partner
  • Help define goals and guardrail company level product KPIs
  • Communicate data analysis concepts and issues to a variety of stakeholders – technical and non-technical – across the organization, including sales, marketing, customer support, the senior leadership team, and occasionally participating in client meetings

     

You should apply if you have most of this experience:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 8+ years of industry experience in data analytics driving revenue and shaping product landscape or a higher degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with data querying and aggregation (SQL and NoSQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R)
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
