Calling all high-calibre Technical Design Coordinators and Manager! We have a unique opportunity to join a Large-scale Residential Developer and contribute to the success of high-density residential projects. As a key member, you will be responsible for the design and technical aspects of projects; managing and coordinating technical information.

The Role

• Managing external consultants and specialist subcontractors with Design Responsibilities, ensuring delivery against the brief and design responsibility matrix within set timescales and budgets.
• Delivering to programme and adopt a ‘best value’ approach, which seeks to minimise costs and maximise value.
• Ensuring all aspects of the building design are fully coordinated, including but not restricted to, structures, M&E, façades, internal specification, service strategies and maintenance strategies.
• Managing external consultants and specialist subcontractors with Design Responsibilities, ensuring delivery against the brief and design responsibility matrix within set timescales and budgets.

• Ensuring all aspects of the building design are fully coordinated, including but not restricted to, structures, M&E, façades, internal specification, service strategies and maintenance strategies.

The Candidate

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology and 3+ Years of experience in residential architecture.
• Experience in the design and detailing of mixed use residential led schemes, preferably high rise. Previous developer/house builder essential.
• Proficient in CAD and sketch design.
• Willingness to travel between sites across greater Dublin and a full driving licence.
