We’re hiring a Technical Lead to drive architecture, own delivery, manage key client relationships, and guide a high-performing engineering team. This is a role for someone who can move between strategy and execution with ease, setting the technical direction while mentoring engineers day to day.

What You Bring

✔️ 7+ years of full-stack experience (MERN + microservices preferred)

✔️ Strong Python skills and cloud-native development experience

✔️ Proven track record of leading teams, managing performance, and scaling delivery

✔️ Comfortable working directly with clients and product/design partners

✔️ Excellent communication — clear, calm, and collaborative
