Job Requirements:

• Scaling and managing a team responsible for technical support, services, and access management
• Managing external vendor relationships for any IT-related services
• Designing IT operations-related processes and rolling them out to contractors
• Providing administration of identity and access management tools
• Managing projects related to technology improvement
• Managing technology and data security related to shared IT services
• Resolving emergency or unplanned IT support activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Similar experience in a technology management role, working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
• Vendor and incident management experience
• Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization, project, and time management skills Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality output
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinker
• Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
