Account Lead

Description:

We are looking to hire an Accounts Lead for an Ireland’s leading mechanical contractor. The candidate will be responsible for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Team, and will report directly to Group Finance Director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the accounts payable / receivable function. Ensure processes are implemented and documented as per the company’s policy
• Oversee credit control to ensure timely collection of balances owed.
• Reconciliation of Credit card bank statements and processing of sales invoices
• Liaison with the required department and ensure subcontractors payment are made in time

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Qualification in accounting is required.
• Proficient in MS-Office
• Good organization and communication skills
