You will be part of the Luxury Real Estate finance team with exposure to all areas of the business, including corporate, institutional and high-net-worth clients.

• Financial Accountant/Internal Audit professional in industry or financial services looking for a commercial role

Role and Reporting Lines

This role reports to the Financial Controller within Luxury Real Estate and will involve:

• Preparation of quarterly management accounts, B/S reconciliations, year-end accounts, liaising with auditors and preparation of audited financial statements
• Completing a wide variety of financial analysis and modelling as required by Luxury Real Estate
• Working with the Luxury Real Estate commercial team to set realistic and tangible budgets and forecasts, coupled with investigating variances
• Preparation of cash flow forecasts
• Regular presentation to Luxury Real Estate senior management on new projects or activities
• Constantly looking to improve the reporting process and identify automation opportunities across the business
