Description:

An architectural design studio in South Dublin is seeking an Architect or a Graduate Architect - (working towards registration) with some local experience to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect / Graduate Architect with 3 years+ experience, to join a collaborative team to work across a diverse project portfolio including commercial, residential, leisure and retail developments across Ireland.

The ideal Architect / Graduate Architect will have strong technical and design skills, proficiency in ArchiCAD, previous experience taking projects from planning through construction, and a solid understanding of current Irish building regulations.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• RIAI or RIBA membership (or actively working towards registration)
• 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and BCAR
• Experience across residential, commercial, retail, or mixed‑use projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Planning‑to‑construction project delivery experience
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
• On‑site experience is highly desired
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (essential)
