Architectural Technologist

Description:

We're looking for a qualified architectural technologist or draftsperson to join us, full-time or part-time. This is a hands-on role covering measured surveys, technical drawings and planning documentation for residential projects. Experience level is genuinely flexible — we're more interested in someone who's accurate, organised, and keen to be a part of a growing team than in years on a CV.

You'll be involved in:

• Preparing measured surveys and existing/proposed drawings for residential projects
• Producing planning-permission and exempted-development drawing sets
• Supporting site assessments and client consultations
• Putting together tender information for contractor pricing
• Keeping project drawings and documentation organised and up to date

You'll ideally have:

• A qualification in architectural technology, draftsmanship, or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD mainly)
• An eye for detail and a methodical approach to drawings and documentation
• Based near Dublin or Dunshaughlin, or comfortably commutable — this role can involve site visits across the area
