Asset Finance Lawyer

An internationally recognised firm with a leading finance practice is looking for an Asset Finance Lawyer with 3–5 years’ PQE to join its specialist team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, including lessors, airlines, financial institutions, and private equity groups, on innovative, complex, and cross-border transactions.

The Role

• Advise on a range of asset finance matters, including operating and finance lease structures, portfolio sales, and export credit agency facilities.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on multi-jurisdictional transactions, providing technical and commercial expertise.
• Manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
• Participate in business development initiatives and help grow the practice.

The Person

• 3–5 years’ PQE within asset finance, banking, or structured finance in a reputable firm or in-house team.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
