Our Client, a leading Asset Management company is looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin.
The primary purpose of the Business Analyst role is to define scope, requirements, and requirement artifacts across the program of projects across three pillars: Client, Strategic, and BAU Change. The Business Analyst is a key role in eliciting requirements from a mix of technical and non-technical business resources and translating them with developers and signed off as part of the project delivery lifecycle.
- Working with SMEs to capture be processed and support documentation always with a customer-first mindset – i.e., SOPs, Procedures, and Policy Updates.
- Conduct high-quality business analysis and provide precise business requirement documentation/functional specs.
- Identify and escalate important systems issues.
- Ensuring sign-off of process documentation in a timely fashion to allow for controlled delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively engage with Project Manager. Change Leadership and/or functional leaders to document business improvements or issues.
- Host workshops to elicit requirements from business/clients, challenging status quo and mindset to ensure the best possible design and benefits realisation.
- Communication/translation of the requirements to IT.
- Ensuring appropriate approvals for sign-off of requirements.
- Relevant 3rd Level Qualification.
- Experience and knowledge of supporting change in a Retail Mortgage servicing business.
- High Professional, Self Motivated, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office including (Word, and Excel) and experience analysing large data sets.
- Experience in Data Analysis and ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
