Once upon a time, you joined a sales team for the chase, but became a glorified appointment setter. You find the lead, but someone else pitches and closes it. You’re a small cog in a slow wheel, and you’re bored. You want the full deal, from the first call to the final signature. As a Business Development Consultant, You Will:

  • Own the Entire Lifecycle: Hunt the prospect, pitch the solution, negotiate terms, and grow the account. Full-cycle, full ownership.
  • Master Strategic Execution: Apply a proven, high-level process to strategic markets. Position yourself as the specialist consultant clients can't ignore.
  • Drive the Close: Act as the face of the deal. Manage expectations and lead the high-pressure negotiations that separate specialists from amateurs.

What You Will Have:

  • 3+ years of post-education commercial sales experience. You’ve proven you can sell; now prove you can lead.
  • A genuine desire for a high-energy office. You know proximity is the fastest way to master your craft.
  • EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa; the grit to drive results from our Dublin office Monday–Friday.
