Role
We are currently seeking to hire M&A Professionals (at all levels Director, Associate Director, Manager) for a permanent opportunity based in Dublin/Cork/Galway/Belfast and with remote working flexibility in line with the firm's policies.
We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:
- Minimum two years' experience in M&A or alternatively Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) (e.g. M&A Advisory, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Industry, Private Equity, etc);
- A passion for TMT businesses & markets;
- Be able to demonstrate you are entrepreneurially minded and enjoy contributing to the growth of the business & the origination of TMT and M&A mandates;
- Knowledge of existing & emerging TMT industry trends and the ability to identify key client targets of interest in the Irish market;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (particularly report writing and PowerPoint presentations);
- Proven project management skills and that you enjoy managing multiple projects at any one time;
- Demonstrate that you are commercial and astute.
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team taking responsibility to deliver M&A and TMT transactions;
- Continue to develop your skillset while also contributing to the development of our team;
- Deliver personal output to the highest professional standards;
- Using your judgement and expertise to generate the best outcome for our clients;
- Liaising with clients, buyers, investors and solicitors.
