We are we are currently working on a retained recruitment project on behalf of a new to market international Advisory boutique who are currently building out their Dublin team. They are recruiting at all levels across M&A, Restructuring, Debt Advisory & Transactions Services. This is a unique opportunity to join an early stage start up firm with an industry leading management team in place and a global presence. We are interested in speaking with qualified accountants at all levels who are in or looking to move into a commercial/transaction based role.

The Role

• Project managing parts of the engagement and appointments, providing support to the director/ managing director (or often directly Senior Managing Director) in managing external stakeholders
• Liaise with third party professionals including legal advisors and corporate service providers
• Prepare and review reports for distribution to senior team members and clients
• Ensure all statutory reporting requirements are adhered to
• Ensure all work is in accordance with relevant legislation and industry guidance

The Candidate

• ACA, ACCA qualification or studying towards
• Experience gained either as an advisor within a professional services Company, consultancy firm, bank or investment bank; as an Analyst, Associate or Manager in a M&A, Debt Advisory or Transaction Services
• Good understanding of the local transaction marketplace, its trends, and key players (principals and advisers)
• Excellent communications skills with good report writing and excel skills
• Commercially aware with an ability to assimilate facts and make decisions based on same
• Highly motivated with a strong enthusiasm to take ownership of tasks and deliver work to a high standard
