Our client a leading international firm are looking to hire an Asset Finance lawyer to join their growing practice.

The role will involve, Advising clients on legal aspects across a broad range of asset finance matters. Being responsible for managing transactions end-to-end efficiently and effectively. Working with a client base comprising of domestic and international clients, including top-tier lessors, airlines and financiers. The preparation and negotiation of Irish security documentation (share charge, account charge, mortgage). Engaging in business development activities and being active in the promotion of the firm. Working as part of a team, including supervising junior lawyers’ work and taking an active part in sharing knowledge and experience within the team. The team advises private equity investors, operating lessors, financial institutions and airlines on a wide range of asset finance structures.
