Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly to the CEO and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will be responsible for:

  • Reporting – Deliver monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Budgeting – Collaborate with the CEO to develop, monitor, and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Leadership – Lead the finance function, including all accounting operations (A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting)
  • Compliance – Ensure compliance with financial and charity regulatory requirements
  • Audit & Oversight – Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, funders and other key stakeholders
  • Strategic Insight – Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
  • Team Management – Recruit and manage a part-time Accounts Assistant
