St. John of God Community Services Dublin South East provides a network of education, training, employment, respite, community living supports and rights promotion to children and adults with intellectual disabilities in South Dublin.

Saint John of God Community Services – Dublin South East is seeking to hire a person with experience of working in an accounting and accounts role.
The successful candidate will be flexible and committed and will possess:

• Experience in payroll processing including premiums and providing efficiencies in procedures.
• Experience in Month/Year End accounts and journals.
• Good knowledge of accountancy within an NGO or trading company environment.
• Ability to manage areas of responsibility in a pro-active and professional manner.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to negotiate, present and influence.
• Proven ability to use initiative, to work under pressure and to deliver within deadlines.
• Experience of Microsoft 365 and of using IT in administrative functions.
