Financial Accountant

Our client, a fast-growing residential development and investment business are looking to hire a Financial Accountant to join their finance team within the development division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Irish firm.

The Role:

• Preparation of quarterly management accounts under IFRS including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis for all development assets reportable to investors
• Preparation of monthly cost variance analysis for live development assets reporting to the Finance Manager and Senior Development Manager
• Assisting the Finance Manager with the statutory audits of all development entities to ensure timely completion
• Preparation and review of VAT, corporation tax, RCT & IREF returns
• Review of weekly bank reconciliations and assisting the Finance Manager on short-term cash flow management
