Financial Analyst

Description:

Our client, a leading European business with multimillion euro turnover, is recruiting a Financial Analyst to its best-in-class finance team. This is a newly created role due to significant growth (forecast to grow by c.14% in 2023) and the successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Director and provide analytical review on all aspects on the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner for ongoing projects, liaising directly with Project Directors to review project status
• Complete financial project management
• Complete group-wide analytical review
• Prepare forecasting on a weekly, monthly and annual basis
• Support finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities

Key Skills

• Commercially minded with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Analytically focused with ability to derive meaning from the numbers to drive change and add strategic value
• Strong communicator with ability to liaise effectively with non-finance stakeholders, both internal and external
