ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead month-end reporting, delivering accurate accounts, reconciliations, and results
• Provide insightful financial analysis, including budget-vs-actual commentary and cash-flow management
• Drive forecasting, business planning, and continuous process improvements
• Oversee key operational areas including stock reviews, debtors/creditors, and statutory returns
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team while coordinating audits and ad hoc financial projects

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Big 4/Top 10 trained accountant with 4+ years post qualified experience in the motor trade industry.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intellectual curiosity when it comes to the business and business performance.
• Proven record of interacting with cross functional teams across an organisation.
