ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ownership of financial reporting and compliance for the region.
• Drive innovation of process and reporting including system implementation and enhancements.
• Business partner with the Commercial and Operations teams.
• Lead and inspire a small finance team including career development goals & performance management processes.
• Ensure robust and accurate governance structures to support future due diligence, acquisitions & disposals.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified accounting professional with 5-8 years PQE.
• At least 2 years’ prior people management experience.
• Finance and/or ERP transformation experience desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
