Group Internal Auditor

Description:

Our client, a well-known public sector organisation, is recruiting for a Group Internal Auditor to join its Dublin City Centre team. This is a permanent role, reporting to the Head of IA, and the successful candidate will join a well-resourced IA function of 8+ professionals. There is a lot of flexibility with this role and, post training, the successful candidate will be able to WFH 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all audit phases, including required follow-up procedures
• Identify issues and develop solutions alongside senior management
• Recommend control improvements for the business
• Support and encourage the development of strong internal controls across the business

Key Skills

• Qualified accountant or CIIA with 0-2 years PQE in either industry or practice
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
