• 7+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a DEI capacity
• Proven ability to manage teams and align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
