Description:

Role Summary: Support and aid residents in fulfilling their daily activities, fostering independence. Build and maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care, prioritising privacy, dignity, and respect.
• Promote and practice the ethos of person-centered care.
• Participate in organizing social outings and in-house activities.
• Maintain resident areas in a neat, presentable, and hygienic state.
• Assist during internal and external audits/inspections.
• Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts.
   

Skills and Experience:
 

• Previous experience in caring for older individuals in a residential care home setting is preferred.
• Uphold good health and safety procedures consistently.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care to older individuals, demonstrating commitment, patience, and a positive outlook.
