Hr/duty Manager

Description:

This is a full-time HR/Duty Manager role based on-site at Silver Tassie Hotel & Spa in County Donegal, Ireland. The HR/Duty Manager will be responsible for staff management & training, general hospitality managerial duties & human resources. You will work closely as part of the overall management team and ensure the delivery of excellent service in a friendly manner.

The ideal candidate will :

• Have previous management experience.
• Have strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent organizational abilities.
• Have effective communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Work well individually but also as part of a team.
• Speak fluent English.
