Legal Counsel Role - Asset Finance

A leading commercial aircraft leasing company are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to join their growing Dublin office.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiation and project management of a wide range of high value Aircraft and Engine lease, purchase, sale, conversion, consignment, loan and finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong finance experience preferably with a focus on aircraft finance and leasing but those with a background in general banking or other asset finance experience will be considered.
