  • Track Record of Success: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality Software Experience: History selling software solutions within the hospitality industry. Demonstrated understanding of the pain points, decision-making processes, and technology landscape unique to this sector.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter attitude with the drive to thrive in a dynamic startup environment where adaptability and resourcefulness are key.
  • Agility and Resilience: Ability to quickly pivot strategies, handle ambiguity, and maintain a positive outlook in a rapidly changing landscape.
  • Experience in High-Growth Environments: Previous work experience in hospitality and/or startup settings with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities involved.
  • Sales Methodology Proficiency: Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger).
