An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff grade Occupational Therapist with a Positive, energetic and forward-thinking attitude to join a 46 bedded adult in patient until in Drogheda.

Requirements

• Be registered or be eligible for registration, on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
• Have post qualification clinical experience in Adult Mental Health Services or Placement experience for a newly graduated candidate.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion to work in mental health
• Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
• Knowledge of health and safety matters in relation to services and risk management
• The ability to develop and maintain a safe, harmonious environment for staff and patients
• Emphasising professional development and teamwork at all times.
• Experience working as part of a MDT team (desirable).
