What is the opportunity?

As Governance & Operations Analyst, you will get the chance to work closely with our Group Change and IT Engineering and Delivery division. You will contribute to and implement elements of the IT Engineering transformation plan, including collaborating multi-functionally with other teams within IT Engineering, and across the wider Group.

We are looking for people who have an understanding of the need for change, and the vision to manage and co-ordinate what is required to implement a world class IT function.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the Implementation of standard governance, process and procedures to monitor the delivery across function.
• Produce comprehensive MI to support the operational running of the function, including setting targets and reporting on same.
• Manages the process of reviewing and accepting requirements into IT Engineering Towers from Group Change (as part of the overall BDM process)
• Works with Technology Services, Group change and where appropriate partners to develop and maintain processes and governance to support delivery performance, effective release management and service acceptance
