Salary: €250,000-€300,000 p/a

A well‑established private cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice with multiple locations across Ireland, including Dublin, Wicklow, Limerick, Dundalk, Cork, and Belfast. The clinic has experience caring for more than 10,000 patients from across Ireland, reflecting strong demand for their surgical and non‑surgical services.

The clinic is led by an experienced management team and has been expanding its surgical capacity and clinic footprint across the country in recent years. The organisation employs a dedicated team of clinicians, including specialist plastic surgeons and clinical support staff, and focuses on professional, personalised patient care from consultation through follow‑up.
Provides accessible care for patients seeking a range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including breast, body and facial surgery, in a private and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Performing a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.
Leading patient consultations, surgical planning, operations, and follow‑up care with a focus on quality and safety.
Collaborating with clinical teams to promote excellent patient experiences.
Supporting and mentoring junior surgeons and clinical staff as appropriate.

Requirements:
Eligibility for registration on the IMC Specialist Division (essential).
Proven experience in aesthetics surgery with a strong surgical portfolio.
Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Package & Benefits:
Base salary €250,000-€300,000 plus a competitive monthly performance bonus.
Opportunity to work across several clinic locations in Ireland.
