DMOD Architects are seeking a Registered Architect to work on a broad range of projects.

DMOD are a mid-sized practice with a very varied work profile and are looking for a Registered Architect to join the team. We pride ourselves in our collaborative work culture and mentoring and developing skills within the practice. Along with annual leave, staff are allowed 5 designated days off each year combined with bank holidays as part of our commitment to a sustainable work-life balance.

Job Requirements

Core skills required include:

• Providing technical assistance and guidance with projects from inception to completion including site stage.
• Produce high quality technical and construction drawings.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate job running, project and contract administration experience.
• Possess strong communication, management and presentation skills.
• Preparing drawings, specifications and documents for statutory approvals.
• RIAI registered architect or eligible for registration without further assessment.
• A minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in professional practice.
• Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, construction technology, Irish planning policy and procurement methods.
• Strong technical design ability.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking and management of projects at various work stages.
• Experience in Contract Administration and relevant site experience.
• Experience working in Revit is desirable but not essential.
• Full driving licence.
