📍 Location: Across Ireland💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent🩺 Key Responsibilities (may vary by department):
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical and safety standards
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs & provide clinical interventions
- Support doctors and healthcare teams in treatment planning and execution
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Perform patient assessments and create nursing care plans
- Use medical equipment safely and effectively
- Provide emergency responses and critical care when required
- Offer emotional support and education to patients & families
- Ensure compliance with infection control and hygiene protocols
- Participate in shift handovers, audits, and continuous professional development
- Assist in pre- and post-operative patient care (for Theatre / Surgical roles)
- Manage patients with chronic illnesses and elderly care needs (for Geriatric roles)
- Support child health, growth monitoring, and parental guidance (for Paediatric roles)
- Provide mental health monitoring & therapeutic interventions (for Psychiatry roles)
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Nursing License / Registration
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- IELTS / OET required as per NMBI standards (or readiness to obtain)
