Senior Management Accountant

Description:

Barden has been exclusively engaged to identify a qualified accountant to join the manufacturing site of a well-known FMCG company, as a Senior Management Accountant.

This role will suit a qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant, with manufacturing experience, who is keen to step up into a more Senior role, and further develop experience in business partnering and FP&A.

THE ROLE:

• Business partner to the wider business - finance and non-finance people;
• Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts;
• Presenting to shareholders;
• Identifying process improvements;
• Carrying out financial analysis and getting involved in ad-hoc projects.

THE PERSON:

• Qualified (or qualified by experience) accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
• Manufacturing or FMCG would be an advantage;
• Cost accounting or management accounting experience would be an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels across the organisation.
