Senior Project Engineer

• Use appropriate project methodologies and systems to ensure comprehensive planning, execution, control, and closure of projects, within scope, on time and on budget.
• Deliver project which meets organisation standards, statutory and compliance requirements, and minimise equipment downtime.
• Provide updates and reports to partners.
• Prepare and manage costs.
• Lead plant and equipment installations and modifications, from concept to qualification.
• Equipment and process design, evaluation, and optimisation.
• Manage external design firms during projects.
• Engineering Degree (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical) or equivalent with 5 years' project lead experience.
• Broad engineering experience, knowledge of mechanical, industrial and facilities technologies and equipment.
• Knowledge of automation systems
• Process safety experience including ATEX regulations (EX/IS systems), HAZOP's and Risk Assessments.
• Can read Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's).
