About the position

  • Manage the Group’s end-to-end tax compliance and reporting across the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
  • Identify and implement tax optimisation opportunities by reviewing service contracts and advising senior management on the financial impact of evolving tax legislation.
  • Lead and coordinate tax audits, maintaining comprehensive, accurate, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Advising senior management on the financial impact of evolving tax laws and strategic decisions.
  • Support internal controls, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen corporate governance frameworks.
  • Provide strategic advice on supplier structures, transfer pricing policies, and intercompany arrangements.

  • Qualified tax professional with strong technical knowledge of Irish and UK tax
