Staff Nurse Required

Description:

Duties required but not limited too;
 

• Some administration activities in terms of registering patients for sick parade/ensuring results are available for review

• (Training on the use of the electronic record, Socrates, will be provided)
• Patient triage for Sick Parade
• Taking vital signs, administering care , as needed, for those who may present in distress
• Potentially processing urine samples/FOBs/C & S samples
• Limited phlebotomy
• Maintaining the LIFEPAK and resuscitation trolley
• An opportunity to engage in both Occupational health assessments and preventative medicine initiatives
• Must have occ health or practise nurse experience
