Trauma Staff Development Facilitator

Description:

The post holder will lead on the provision of clinical support and training to Operating Theatre staff. The aim is to assist the staff in trauma speciality and support their transition to the working environment, enhance their skills, competence and confidence in the theatre environment. They will work with the nursing team to ensure maintenance of the required and appropriate clinical skills and competencies to facilitate timely patient care and interventions.
