Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts, Banking & Administration Executive to support the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing banking transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounts payable and receivable functions, and providing general administrative support across the organisation.
This role requires strong numerical ability, excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle accounting processes, including VAT returns, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations
- Ensure timely, accurate tracking and inputting of banking information
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems
- Processing of invoices
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Information gathering
- Update and inform management of items straying from timelines
- Answering queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist and seek to resolve any invoice queries with suppliers or internal customers as required
- Provide admin support
- Ad-hoc tasks for the senior executives including reporting and expense management
- Assist external accountants/auditors during audits and year-end processes
- Ensure records are maintained in compliance with company procedures
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, banking, or office administration
- A team player as well as being able to work independently
- Well organized, dedicated, reliable, and meticulous way of working together with resilience and flexibility
- A self-starter capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing; Ability to take initiative in completing assigned work and projects
