Banking & Finance Solicitor

Description:

You will work on a wide range of transactions including capital markets issuances, structured finance deals, securitisations, and derivatives documentation. The position offers exposure to arrangers, issuers, asset managers, and financial institutions, with the chance to be involved from structuring through to execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating transaction and listing documents.
• Supporting programme updates and enhancements.
• Advising on regulatory frameworks impacting capital markets transactions.
• Coordinating with international counsel and stakeholders.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor (0–3 PQE ideal) with experience in capital markets, structured finance, or banking & finance.
• Strong technical drafting skills and commercial awareness.
• Collaborative, proactive, and keen to work in a fast-paced international environment.
