This is not a standard sales role it’s about selling ideas, influencing design direction, and helping clients visualise what’s possible. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, and specifiers, inspiring them with design-led solutions that elevate customer experience and brand identity.

The Role

  • Take ownership of growing new business opportunities while managing select key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and retail decision-makers.
  • Present creative concepts and design ideas that excite clients and spark collaboration.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Identify opportunities within the retail, commercial, and hospitality interiors space.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and achieve sales targets through consultative selling.

About You

  • 5+ years in business development or sales within commercial interiors, furniture, fit-out, or design-led manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to sell concepts and creative ideas, not just products.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, specifiers, or design professionals.
  • Comfortable reading drawings, discussing materials, and visualising design intent.
  • Confident communicator who can blend technical credibility with creative flair.
  • Self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about design and client experience.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.
