Robert Walters have partnered with a highly reputable global asset manager to find a DP for Regulatory Compliance who will work in their Dublin Office report to the Head of Compliance

Some of the responsibilities of the DP for Regulatory Compliance will include:

• Overseeing the Implementation of European projects and assist in larger projects
• Ensure European regulatory change is implemented
• Help with the design and implementation of the compliance framework for the European ManCo
• provide recommendations on regulatory and compliance issues

The DP for Regulatory Compliance will have a strong understanding of UCITS and AIFM requirements, fund structure, management company structure and marketing/ distribution requirements, as well as being a very meticulous and driven individual.
